Founded by Jennifer Crawford, a seasoned event planner with over a decade of diverse industry experience, our mission is simple: to design polished, meaningful, and engaging events that leave lasting impressions.

Jennifer began her journey as a middle school administrator in Washington, D.C., where she discovered her natural ability to organize dynamic and heartfelt celebrations — from graduations to fundraisers. That early passion led her to pursue a Master’s in Tourism Administration at The George Washington University, specializing in Event & Meeting Management.

From there, she hit the ground running with Broccoli City Festival in its early years, leading volunteer coordination and later assisting with talent and stage management. Her work with Broccoli City opened doors to managing high-profile pop-ups, connecting talent with purpose, and building events from the ground up.

Jennifer's love for storytelling and celebration led her to the world of weddings, where she honed her passion and skills. As an Associate Planner with Favored by Yodit, she led dozens of weddings and supported countless others — each one a chance to help couples step into a new chapter with intention and joy. She’s also partnered with groups like The Gifted Life, overseeing operations for their Old Howard Gala at Howard University’s Homecoming and the vibrant Trill Grill Festival and Soul Mega for MEGAFEST. From black-tie galas to milestone birthdays, she’s been the logistical mind and emotional anchor behind it all. Over time, her network and portfolio have grown — but her approach remains the same: thoughtful, detail-driven, and rooted in care.

Now based in Chicago and DC, Jennifer is excited to build a new community while continuing to offer full-service event planning and consulting services worldwide.
